Earth Day celebration

Earth Day 2018 takes place this year on April 22nd. If you've not heard of Earth Day before it's an annual event created to demonstrate support for environmental protection. This year the focus is on ending plastic pollution - a cause we're all very aware of at the moment. If you head to the Earth Day website you can make a pledge there to reduce the amount of plastic you consume every year, if we all make a little pledge and a little effort we can really be part of this global change. leafcutter solitary bee nesting in bee brick To celebrate Earth Day we're offering free delivery until Monday 23 rd April on the Green&Blue website, and we'll be donating 10% of our sales that use the code 'loveearth' to the Earth Day cause. We're working hard to reduce our plastic consumption here at Green&Blue and to make changes to all our processes and work to be as environmental as we can be, you can find out more about our progress on the blog here. Our packaging is from FSC certified sources, our boxes are recycled packaging and we re-use paper from a local garage to pack our products in transit. You can see all that for yourself by placing an order and getting your free delivery, plus the great feeling of 10% going to the Earth Day cause. Why not pledge to help your local school take part in a litter pick - find out more about the litter pick we organised recently on the blog here. Or, SHOP NOW!
