Friday 25th September 2020 is a celebration of the third in our #FollowFriday competition series, which we see as our chance to share brands, books and companies that we love with you, and your chance to win great prizes.
This Friday we're really proud to offer you a prize from a company we hold particularly dear; they are our Cornish neighbours; fellow B Corp certified; and on any given day, somebody from the Green&Blue team will be wearing something from their range! This Friday we offer you a flask from the team at Finisterre.
At Green&Blue we feel we have, in part, Finisterre to thank for our B Corp certification. We first truly heard about B Corps and decided it was something we wanted to go for when we heard Tom Kay, founder of Finisterre, announce their certification at a Cornish event.
As a company, Finisterre are constantly pushing the boundaries of innovation and product, passionate about creating products built for purpose and designed to last. It's an ethos we share and something we feel must be addressed, must become the norm for all brands rather than an exceptional few.
From the fabric the team source and use, chosen for its sustainability, longevity and environmental impact, to their packaging where they've eradicated single use, non-degradable plastic, to their repairs service and their transparent supply chains, there is much to be inspired by and respectful of when it comes to Finisterre, and we are proud to have such an awesome business as near neighbours here in Cornwall!
And so to this weeks #FollowFriday competition. This Friday, 25th September, we're bringing you the chance to win an insulated bottle/flask, designed and made in partnership between Finisterre and the brilliant team at Mizu. This double walled insulated bottle has a 780ml/26oz capacity and can be used for hot or cold drinks, and is BPA free and fully recyclable, all in all, pretty awesome!
