Green&Blue win #RuralOscar

We were very honoured this month to find out that we won the South West Rural enterprise category in the Countryside Alliance Awards, known as the Rural Oscars. Our award means that we now attend a ceremony at the House of Lords, hosted by the environment secretary, the Rt Hon Michael Gove, where we will discover if we’ve beaten off tough competition to be named the overall winner in the Category.   Faye and Gavin with the award winning bee bricks   It's really exciting for us as a company to receive such high profile recognition for our work at Green&Blue and we can't wait to visit the House of Lords and have the opportunity to talk about Bee Brick with such high profile policy leaders.   Whilst we don't agree with all campaigns run by the Countryside Alliance, we recognise, and celebrate, that they do a lot of work to support rural communities and businesses working within these communities and are therefore delighted to accept our regional award and keep everything crossed for the national finals!
